Does anyone have any experiences to share where you have Astral travelled and met up with a loved one in spirit world?....This has happened to me recently, YES i was supposedly sleeping, but NO this was NO dream. I know I was there and can recall it ALL in minute detail...It was comforting and I know REAL.....Would love to hear from others with a similar experience.

not long after my brother died and i was so distraught, i went to bed one night and "dreamt" he was sitting beside me on the bed and talking to me, telling me he was still with me, he was holding my hand. I know it wasnt a dream because as i "woke" i could still feel his hand in mine, it was so comforting!

It was a dream.
It was not real.
I do understand that you BELIEVE it was real... but it wasn't. The brain is funny like that.
