I'm a 19 year old female. I am a college student--- with NO Health Insurance. I am healty for the most part-- except I have the skin conditon known as PSORASIS. I would say that my skin condtion is moderate. For the past few months I have been suffering with pain the toe-joints of my right foot. The problem orginated in my left foot--mostly the heal. However, the past month the problem has been in the joints of my right toes. It occurs in one or two joints at a time, they become very swollen--and they pain is nearly unbareable. Sometimes... I find it very hard to walk. After talking to a few people,..I was told that I could have Gout (which is rare at my age) or some type of athritis. Can anyone help me?

Could be psoriatic arthritis (arthritis related to psoriasis). See a doctor and ask about this specifically. You will need x-rays and perhaps some blood tests.

You really do need to see a doctor to make sure it isn't gout, rheumatoid arthritis, or another of the autoimmune diseases. If your college doesn't have a health clinic, your only option is to go to whatever county health facility you are closest to. I know this will take a lot of time, but you don't really have a choice.
