At 4 weeks old, most kittens are starting to eat dry kitten food and nursing less. You have to be able to get to a store somehow. Stop immediately with the cows milk. If you can't take the kitten to the vet, it would be best to surrender it to a shelter. At this young age this kitten has needs and if it is to survive, you must attend to those needs. It's probably constipated from the cow's milk. I know you want to do the right thing and that is to realize that even with good intentions, you aren't caring for the little guy in the nature he needs cared for and turn him over to someone with experience. It's great that you rescued him, now care for him well (even if you don't do the caring for). Maybe you can adopt him when he's older if you have the means for vet care and supplies for him by then. Let me add that time is of essence here. this kitty won't last much longer like this. Call someone now. ♥
DO NOT bathe this kitten! Disregard the answers to bathe it. In it's weakened state this would be traumatic for it. Also, if you use baby formula, it must be soy based. Dairy products are what constipated it in the first place.

Umm you can get KMR at any local pet store or pet food supply store. Such as.. Petsmart or Petco or any of the million other pet stores and pet food supply stores.
It's not just at Walmart -- and why is Walmart only online??
And why don't you just take it to the Humane Society/SPCA and surrender it? A kitten that young -- they can take better care of the kitten and it will definitely be adopted out .. Kittens are almost always adopted. It's cats that they have more trouble finding homes for.
You cannot feed cats cow milk. Cats don't have any lactase -- they can't digest milk sugar..
The reason the kitten has stopped pooping is most likely because you are KILLING IT.

Try giving it some canned food or Purina Kitten Chow moistened with water and mashed into a paste so he can easily consume it. Back off the water a bit at a time until he's eating it dry, should take just a couple of weeks. And even if you can't take it to a vet, you should be able to buy some KMR from the vet without bringing the kitten in.

Goat's milk would work fine. Some stores carry canned goats milk if you don't have anyone near who milks goats.
Have you tried getting it to eat any solid food? Like canned cat food? Any that is ground would work fine.
I think most Wal Mart carry KMR in the stores. At least I was able to kitten milk replacement there when I had feed a newborn kitten that was abandoned.

First, sterilize an eye dropper ofr a medicinal syringe. Then you'll need to mix three parts unsweetened evaporated milk with on part boiling water. Then let the mixture cool to body temperature. Keep the kitten in a cozy, blanket lined box. A blanket-wrapped-hot-water-bottle is best for keeping it warm. Good Luck!

I would ask why can't you take it to a vet or a shelter? Also, are there any organizations that can help you in your area? There has to be something you can do for the poor little kitten besides her slowly dying. Do whatever you can - you must be able to get some sort of assistance from a humane society or close by shelter for this poor cat. Good Luck!

properly, unfavorable little brother! First his sister has kittens and starts off ignoring him and now his human has kicked him out of the domicile! he's feeling lonely, abandoned and green with envy precise now--do you blame him? He desires extremely some extra love and interest. save him out of the room the place the kittens are as he won't settle for them for a protracted time. and attempt giving him some catnip or a clean toy to allow him be responsive to you nonetheless love him.

You need to surrender the kitten to an animal shelter. You have no way to take care of it properly, and the fact that you state you can't take it to a vet leads me to believe you would not be a very responsible pet owner.

Give it a bath. Keep it inside and give it lots of food, water and TLC is my opinion from my experience with kittens and cats. Beware though, they may want to tear up the furniture. When they do take a water bottle after them and say :"NO! NO! Bad Kitty Kitty!!!!!!"
