this is a concept of the new testament which is written by man of ordinary prudence and just to make it sound holy the writer of these verses is silent about any sort of description of what so ever is holy ghost ... !
church in the 139 AD developed this concept of trinity just to get the affection of the Romans!

the holy ghost is the 3rd person of the holy trinity, it is the love between the father and the son, it is spirit, but is equal to God in all ways.

THE HOLY SPIRIT DESCENDED AS A DOVE DESCENDS, IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A DOVE.
HOW DOES A DOVE DESCEND? GENTLY.
MATT 3:16, "...he saw the Spirit of God DESCENDING
LIKE A DOVE, and lighting upon him".
MARK 1:10, "...he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit
LIKE A DOVE DESCENDING upon him:"
JOHN 1:32, "I saw the Spirit DESCENDING FROM
HEAVEN LIKE A DOVE, and it abode upon him".
The spirit descended like a dove, it doesn't look like a
dove.
The Holy Spirit is our Comforter & teacher, John 14:26.
It is the portion of the Spirit of God given us, but Jesus
was not given the Spirit of God by measure, but had
the fulness of the Spirit; John 3:34, "for God giveth not
the Spirit by measure unto him". Colossians 2:9,
speaking of Jesus Christ, "For IN HIM dwelleth the
fulness of the Godhead BODILY". Jesus was the
body which was occupied by the fulness of God the
Spirit, John 4:24.
