The initial test is automated, so 1-2-3-4-5 push button, 1-2-3-4-5 push button.
Flight surgeons hearing test is not automated, so you will not be faking it.
Take it from someone who's ears are shot out, without good hearing chatter on a radio is just noise, you will not be able to understand a word said.

Well most everybody has addressed the aspect of cheating to become a pilot, so I won't go there. There are ways to improve your hearing temporarily, but your best bet is to take the hearing test and pass and fail on your own and know if you failed that there is good reason for being rejected.

Well, that isn't gonna be an easy task. As far as physicals & vision/ hearing test- I am fairly certain that the military is pretty thorough. I think it is great that you are willing to "cheat" to serve this country but if you find a way, make sure they never find out cause that would be one of those life lessons that can turn around & bite you. Good luck!

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches :
http://improvevision.toptips.org
if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!
I'm sure that you will not regret your decision

If you have reasonably healthy hearing, barring severe damage, you should have nothing to worry about.
A more important test is vision and color perception. The health of your inner ear and spacial orientation balance issues.
The most important thing is your school transcripts and test scores. Only ONE in FIFTY applicants are accepted to the Air Force Academy, I would think it is something similar with the US Naval Academy.

You know, during the hearing test, my heart was beating so hard that I could hear it in my ears. you swallow, and it might drown out the sound. And if you're in a booth with other people, you end up pressing the button if you hear someone else's go off.

Dude there's a reason they have these tests. If your not fit to fly a jet then your not. Sorry but thats the way things are, I mean you will be in control of one of the most destructive weapons in the US Arsenal and if you fail to hear an order just because of your hearing problem you may as well cause world war 3. get what I mean?

Don't fake these test! There is a reason for them... You are selfish if you think you can fake your way to pilot. I'm sorry but there are just some things you shouldn't do... and Faking hearing test to fly a multi million dollar aircraft for an armedmilitary force isnt one of them. For one, you are gonna end up getting someone killed (maybe yourself?) and two, do you know it is Court Martial for fraudalent enlistment. I suggest you retain your intigrety and join the infantry.
