We all did, if we are guilty of sin, which we all know we are. Then we are all responsible for his death. He did for me and now I am alive in him Praise be to his Holy name.

Bible scriptures do not tell the truth...
So how do we know that the account of Jews killing Jesus is nonsense? Analyzing the Gospel account shows it for what it is. The so called trial given in the NT story is the completely opposite of the Jewish law
1) It takes place at night- all trials were held during the day
2) It takes place in a private home- all trials in Jerusalem were held in the court of the Sanhedrin in the Temple courtyard
3) There were very few people present - there have to be a minimum of 21 judges in a capital case- in Jerusalem the full Sanhedrin of 70 judges heard capital cases.
4) If a court cannot find a person guilty, they are forbidden to hand them over to secular authorities - the "court" in the NT does not find Jesus guilty, and then hands him over.

So four serious violations of the halacha (Jewish law)- which since they were in a capital case means the death sentence for those committing the violations- yet the NT keeps slandering the Pharisees and their strict adherence to the law!

On top of that- you have a big problem, a Roman governor who is later removed for excessive cruelty! (You gotta wonder- and this from a people that watched people fighting to death, getting eaten alive etc for fun!) And yet a conquered, powerless group of people is somehow meant to have the ability to get him to obey them?

What does make sense is if this whole ridiculous scenario is inserted in to remove the blame from the Romans when the early Christians were trying to convert them and needed a scapegoat! Who better than the people that had rejected their new God - to removes the blame from the people they are trying to convert while giving an excuse why the vast majority of them have rejected him!

THE ROMANS KILLED JESUS

I don't understand why this question is repeated on here night after night after night - no disrespect to you intended, honestly!

The Romans were the only ones who practised crucifixion.

They were in control and they did not take requests from the Jews over whom to kill - contrary to what some say about the Jews 'persuading' the Romans to murder Jesus!

The Christian accounts of the crucifixion were written after the fact.

I really hope this is the last time I'm going to be writing this: THE JEWS DID NOT KILL JESUS!

If he was the perfect sacrifice, then who "offered" him as a sacrifice? It certainly couldn't have been the Jews. Human sacrifice and torture have always been forbidden to Jews. Even the animals we're allowed to eat must be slaughtered in the most humane method possible. Could we do less for a fellow Jew?

Well crucifixion (note the correct spelling by the way) was a Roman punishment.
And never forget that jesus is a fictional character in a book of bronze-age mythology.

We're not supposed to dwell so much on who crucified him but why he was crucified.
I mean ultimately it was God our Father who crucified Jesus for the salvation of our souls.
It was the Roman form of extreme torture to crucify, they introduced this horrific practice, the Jewish religious leaders demanded he die for the blasphemy of claiming to be the son of God(in their eyes)
If it was the Jews be thankful for through their blindness you have the chance to be grafted into the olive tree(the house of Judah and Israel)as a spiritual Jew.
Romans 11:15-26.

Torah never once mentions Jesus.

The Romans did the actual crucifixion. It was the local Jewish leaders that got popular support for it. On a different plane, our sins did, because he died for all, not just the Jews (or Romans) that brought about his death.

It was suicide. Telling Judas to turn him in, then committing blaspheme in the court. Then the Jewish crowd and the roman government followed the law of the time.
