(____)madre es profesora .
(____)trabajo es muy interesante.
(____)padre trabaja con (_____) padre , mi abuelo.
-Ustedes tienen una casa azul,?verdad?

the first one... "trabajan TUS padres..." sounds better, as you wouldn't be asking yourself that. It'd be more common to ask a friend ro something like that.
the second one can be anything. mi, tu, su, nuestra. Context would determine which to use.
The same goes to the one with trabajo. Mi, tu, su, nuestro.
Mi padre... su padre.
Nuestra casa, nuestro carro.

Gosh! Why does The_One have those mistakes if he is Mexican. I am a native speaker too... and if I were grading his homework, I'd ask him to correct it!
But as it is you who decides, decide.

1- tus
2 - it could be either mi, tu, su, or nuestra. (MY mom..., YOUR mom..., HIS/HER mom...., OUR mom...)
3 - again, it could be mi, tu, su, or nuestro. (my work, your work, his/her work, or our work.
4- mi padre trabaja con su padre, mi abuelo. (My dad works with his dad, my grandfather...)
5- no, nuestra casa no es azul, pero nuestro carro es azul. (our house is not blue, but our car is blue)

just make sure you write the correct gender (masc., fem.) of nuestro and the right number (plural, sing.)
