talking problem and learning english?

Question

This is my problem. i am learning english but i stutter(not that bad).
first of all, i am a shy, pretty and nice person. so, i gto a problem about school. i stutter when i talk. i dont even raise my hand or talk to other people around in my classes cuz i am scared maybe i would stutter.
i really like to talk without stutter so i dont know how.
PLS help me!

The Stuttering Foundation of America at www.stutteringhelp.org is your best source for help that we found. They have a book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" that many of my relatives used and it helped them. One uncle went to a speech therapist that he found through the Foundation and she used that book in her sessions. It only costs a few dollars in the estore or you can find it at some public libraries as well as on Amazon.com. you need to think about what your going to say and try to say it quickly,so you dont have time to change what you want to say
