the "bible" didn't exist at the time of christ. the books of the old testament did however. most of what we call the new testament didn't appear until 30 to 60 years after christ's death. and it wasn't until hundred's of years later than some kind of collection of those works were put together into one book; the bible
it's the church's responsibility to teach man.

Christ sent His Apostles with authority to teach all nations, and never gave them any command of writing the Bible. And the Apostles went forth and preached everywhere, and planted the Church of God throughout the earth, but never thought of writing.

Cowboy Apostle-
Where in the world do you get the idea or have been taught that the Apostate Church denies the Bible and thus is found to be an abomination in the eyes of the Lord.

The New Testament did not come into being until after 2 centuries past the death of Jesus, I don't think that is what He used to spread His word. There were letters written that became the New , but they were written after the death of Jesus.

I know I rambled on, but Christ appointed the apostles to establish His church He promised. They, in turn, passed on the ability to have gifts of knowledge to other people. The Bible was written by these people that were inspired by God. Some saw Jesus and His ministry while others were not a part of the group of disciples during the earthly life of Jesus.

Neither ! Both the church and the Bible have large human input, and thus slowly evolve over time.

Read now and believe Jesus (and as recorded in John 16:7-16)

We have our Creator Father-Son Jesus Christ here and as One with the Creative Holy Spirit to lead us into ALL TRUTH: GOD and His Realities.

Human made churches are now divided up into over 38,000 different and contending creeds/dogma/intellectual beliefs. and each have very different views on what the Bible means.

ONLY JESUS HERE now in Spirit can Teach us what He wants us to learn and to Be ! Follow only Him.

Behold our True GODMAN JESUS here upon and within us; for the time is now at hand !

The Bible is the Word of God the Apostate Church denies the Bible and thus is found to be an abomination in the eyes of the Lord. So in reality the Church and the Bible must be in one accord or the church is not the True Church and thus can not be expected to have the true religion. If there is a group that denies the Bible as its guide then they are not Christian. The Bible was from the start the Teaching held by the Church, the Epistles were letters to the early church to be used for examples of how to live. and the Bible itself states that All Scripture is given for doctrine... so if your church doctrine goes against the Bible it is not the True Church.

The Church.
1 Timothy 3:15 "But if I should be delayed, you should know how to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of truth."

1) There was no New Testament canon (i.e. "bible") during the first 400 years of the Christian Church.

2) The Church grew and added members and preached the Gospel of the Apostles WITHOUT a complete canon.

You do the math.

That would be the Church....or Apostles in His day....who established the Church. The Bible...New Testament....was only written later...after the Church established itself....because they could not continue to memorize everything.
