Where did the idea that Europe will be Muslim soon come from?

The only country in Europe with a majority of Muslims is Albania, at 60%. Albanian Muslims are Europeans converted by the Ottomans hundreds of years ago. In France, the EU country with the highest proportion of Muslims, figures stand under 10%. Almost all EU countries are closed to foreign immigration except in the case of asylum. European Muslims have about the same fertility rates as non-Muslims. Conversion to Islam is low.

Before the Holocaust, some Polish towns were 1/3 Jewish. but nobody - except the Nazis - thought Europe would be overrun by Judaism. So where's the difference? Where does the myth that Europe is becoming Islamic come from?

Guys, you're not reading the question. Most European countries are CLOSED TO IMMIGRATION. The only people coming in are asylum seekers.

The question is based on idea not on the fact. Moreover, I pointed out that Non Muslim have same fertility as European Muslims. I would like to confirm that India has big population of Muslims than the its neighbouring countries. There was no such feeling by Hindus towards non -muslims otherwise it was impossible to get freedom in India. Both the communities were the same at that time and still there is no difference between Hindu & muslim except those few members of both communities who are supported from abroad to creat problems in India. Now the generations have changed and I think here are better people than 10 years ago from both the communities. Regarding idea it can be failed also in due course as it is not truth. I met various muslims people in Europe during my visits I found them very religious towards Islam. I thank to the questioner to know about fellings of the people.

It's an issue of demographics. Most native Europeans are not having enough children. To maintain population, you need an average number of 2.05 children per couple or something like that. Europeans are committing demographic suicide.
A lot of Muslims emigrated to Europe, and their birthrate is a lot higher. An issue is that many of those countries do not allow them to become citizens.

The Muslim conquerors already tried that. They tried to invade Frank territory back in the 800s or 900s from Muslim Spain and ran into that funnest of fun guys, Charles Martel (The Hammer) and his fun band of 40,000 Frankish berserker party guys.

People need to wake up and realize that Russia is the biggest threat to Europe (They always seem to flick lit matches at "The Powder-keg of Europe").

Maybe cuz the true facts are that Islam is the fastest religion growing on earth. Many Muslim immigrants came to Europe in 70's also the facts that's much turbulence going on in Muslim countries - makes muslims spread out.

I do not know the facts.
but I can assume.
there are many people that need total subservience and fear of God. isalm provides that along with male dominance and dictatorship which women seen to accept freely.
I believe it is a lack of true self esteem to give up your dignity
