My five-year-old son worked through the Hooked-On-Phonics CD-ROM. Other suggestions?

As suggested, Reader Rabbit is excellent. School Zone has a great set, but it is not quite as fun. Also try Jump Start, they have great cd-roms. Edmark's Bailey's Book House, Millie's Math House, Sammy's Science House, and Trudy's Time and Place House have all received great reviews.

The best thing I can tell you about is a web-site. My son was reading by 3 because of it.
