I want to know what to do about upper back pain!?

ok one day suddenly my upper left part of my back started hurting and then it kept on hurting for a long time when i use force on my left hand it hurts.

Could have something to do with a pinched nerve but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing the pain.
