My mom doesn't want to jump on the trampoline with me at all and is there any way to encourage her to jump on the trampoline with you?

Easy - did you know that Trampolining gives you a mini facelift because it tightens the facial muscles!! She'll look younger!

Also, go to this site and find the page about NASA using the trampoline as exercise because it does amazing things to the body. There is also a whole section on "Why adults should get on a trampoline

No! Definitely not! Leave your mother alone. If she wanted to jump she would. Parents and children should do things together, but jumping on a trampoline is not one of them. Please for the sake of family unity, stop asking her.

Give her a few glasses of wine with dinner. When she's relaxed ask her then.

Or wait for your birthday. Then say "all I want for my birthday is for mom + me to trampoline"

Just start jumping and say "come on mom its fun" start making jokes and stuff!! get her in the mood
