I'm sure he gets asked things like that all the time, as Micah said, just be respectful about it, but it isn't unusual to be curious... Most likely, since he doesn't have visual images, then his dreams are probably more about the senses of hearing and touch....

Whatever you do, do not lie to him. Being blind, he can sense tensions and things like it b/c he relies on these to make his way through the world. Also, just b/c he is blind does not mean that he is void of images in his brain. I believe - not certain - that for those who are blind, their brain creates images with the information they have.

Why don't you talk to him casually and tell him that you had a "really weird dream of so and so last night", make the story up, and then after you finish you ask "how about you? what did u dream of last night?". Maybe you can find out. If he doesn't dream, just say sorry to him.
Interesting though!

I have read about people like your friend who have had near death experiences. A lot of them were amazed that they could finally see, but some were scared because they didn't know what they were seeing. This almost has nothing to do with your question but I thought I'd put my 2 cents in.

I would ask him. He probably sees colors although I don't know how he would describe them... he probably measures things through vibrations and sounds, voices... smells. and touch. . When he tells you, tell us. I would love to hear what he has to say.

The only way to find out is to ask. Be polite about it though...:)
