Enjoy your coffee. that is a minimal amount and certainly wouldn't hurt you.

No, its an old wives tale. Scientists have had many concerns about this possible side effect, but thus far there has not been any research to support it. It is important to know that caffeine can have many other adverse effects on your health if consumed in higher doses. Caffeine can cause anxiety, headaches, jitters, sleep interference and contribute to some heart problems. This substance is a drug and like most stimulants it can be addictive. Once addicted, there are withdrawal symptoms to deal with such as severe headaches, temporary depression and irritability. You might have thought that caffeine was just perking you up, but it may also be playing with your attitude as well. Athletes should pay close attention to how much caffeine they consume, as well as any other person. Caffeine has a dehydrating effect on the body's cells (making them lose water), but at the same time causes your body to urinate. This two-fold mechanism causes rapid water loss from the body. It will also cause athletes to have sore muscles and delayed recovery time.

It's AFFECT in this case.

No, coffee will not affect your growth in any way- if anything, it will just make you more awake at times, and more tired than you should be at other times. Caffeine can really affect your sleeping pattern.

It can also affect you if you suffer from migraines. The spike of having caffiene once in a while then not having it can wreak havoc on a migraine sufferer.

If you drink decaf coffee, you'd have no worries whatsoever.

BTW- your avatar looks MUCH older than 15.

Hope this helps~

Everything in moderation.

Your growth will not be stunted. I would be a midget. I have been drinking coffee nearly everyday since I was 6 years old!

A big lie. They just told that to kids to keep them out of "adult" things. Enjoy yourself but remember that coffee still has caffeine which can have other negative effects on the body.

No. I drunk coffee everyday but I still grew. At first I believed it but now I know it's just a myth.
