Too much work for oven , use a skillet. If you insist , oven temp is not as critical as meat temp so go 350-400 in a pre-heated oven till thickest part of meat is 170F (use your meat thermometer)..Non skilled chefs use time, skilled cooks use temp or say "till juices run clear" Time cooking is bankrupt . Experience or electronics rules in my opinion K.G. Good Luck.,I advise never cut into meat to check that just drains all your yummy juices I'm so opinionated!

40 mins at 350* in a preheated oven on the middle rack Cover with foil for first 30, then remove to brown the last 10 or until the juices run clear. Save fat to use for sauted rice as a side dish

I prefer to roast them for about 30-35 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.
Cover if they are skinless and reduce heat to 180C for 25-35 minutes.
Test for clear juices and allow to rest covered in a warm place for 5-10 minutes..
