You're asking a civilization that applauds divorce and cares little about leaving kids in limbo between families. You shouldn't expect much about family togetherness from this group.

Wife can sell the house pack their bags and move with him. They break their own family up by not obeying the law.
You think our own citizens don't have their familys torn apart when 1 goes to jail? What about the families torn apart by having family members killed by people who are here illegally? Don't they count or matter?
Hate to be cold but I really don't care.....no one is forcing them to stay here. We all live with the choices we make.

Coragryph is correct. The wife and child should move back to this man's country to be with him. Just make sure they get the proper visas so they don't end up like he did.

I feel bad for the family, but the father should have never put his wife and daughter in a situation like that.

13 year old daughter and wife should be going with him. He's a criminal. This is HIS fault. Blame him for messing up his family.
He couldn't have legally paid taxes for businesses, houses or properties unless he was also engaged in identity theft. He really should be spending some time in a Federal Prison before deportation. He's getting off easy.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Deportation does not break up a family -- there is nothing preventing the other members of the family from going with him.
The issue is the same as when someone commits a crime and goes to jail -- that also breaks up a family -- but that is a side-effect of the consequences of breaking the law.

Blame your father. He knew what he was doing when he chose to break the law. Harsh but true.

You can go with him if you want to. Nobody is keeping you prisoner here. And nobody is doing this to him, you or your family but him. He chose to break the law and be here illegally.
