Hey guys I just wanted to know if there are any tips to pass those pre-employment personality tests. The tests seem to be looking for someone who is charismatic, outgoing, sociable and likes people. To be honest I am none of these things, but that doesnt mean that i cannot give someone great customer service if thats what the job requires. But unfortunately four jobs have turned me down because my test results have not been so great. I just want to know how to answer the questions so they believe that im the person they are looking for.
Can anyone give me some links that can show me how to pass these employment tests?

If you are answering them honestly then maybe that career field is not for you. Maybe you will be miserable in the job, and hate it. Think you might have to look in a different direction before you end up in a position that just makes you miserable, or end up being fired from.

Just always pick the answer that sounds the best.
Example : Q: If you saw a person stealing money from the register what would you do? A: Tell management right away.
Q: Do you like to talk with strangers? A: yes, I do.
Q: Do you find you get stressed easily? A: No, I don't.
It's pretty easy ... like, when an employer asks you what your major is - you tell them whatever you think they would like.
Example : If you are interviewing for a restaurant position, you tell them Hospitality Business Mgmt.
If you are interviewing at an office, you say small business accounting or small business mgmt (or large).
Sometimes you gotta lie to get the job - especially when you know you can do it well, but get a little stressed sometimes.

Stop the negative thoughts! If that is all the personality tests want, then answer with a positive outlook.

I would answer the questions truthfully.
Sooner or later a job will turn up that you will be happy at.

They are not pass/fail tests. Just pick the answer that you would want if you were hiring people.

try answering them with your first gut reaction, rather than what you think they want. you might be tripping yourself up on trick questions
