Chili, pasta or rice with meat sauce, sloppy joes, or salisbury steaks- like mini meatloafs with tomato sauce, served with rice or potatoes.

Yes, make some cheeseburgers and/or hamburgers. You should fry the meat patty(if there is one). Otherwise, any food using the meat like steak would be good. Anyways, the recipe: fry the patty thoroughly!! If u want to know if its well done, stick a fork into the patty when you think its done, then pull it out, if it has pink on it, its not ready, if its hard and comes out with brown or nothing, i think its ready. Then get some buns, if you have no buns, use bread, if you have no bread, use nothing. Put condiments first: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonaise, then lettuce, tomato, pickle and other stuff that is good to eat that YOU want on it.

Ok.. here's what i do for a different hamburger sometimes.

I take the hamburger and the potatos and fry it all together with onions and bell peppers. My kids used to love this meal with their ketchup.
also
hamburger gravy and masked potatos or biscuits.
A pot of spaghetti
Goulash
bacon wraped burgers served with a baked potato
salibury steaks

Mexican sounds so good right now... tacos, enchiladas, burritos, even an enchilada casserole... which I believe is hamburger, peppers, onions, tomato and the like all mixed in with melted cheese and tortilla crisps on top.

Tacos, burgers, or a casserole would be the easiest - one pot cooking. Check foodnetwork.com - they have a section this week/month just on casseroles.
