No - first it's "precio". But second, "qué" is not used in this kind of request: the implication is that you are asking for a definition of what the price would be. A silly but appropriate answer might be "The amount you would have to pay to get the chocolate."

Normally, "cuál" is used in this kind of construction. You could also say "Cuánto cuesta el chocolate?"
