Her lips are puffing up and her eyes and nose were running and i picked her up and she looked so sick and she didn't even make a noise! She's three weeks old and an hour ago she was just fine! Should I separate her from the rest of her siblings? what should i do and what does she have?

is she still with the mother? if so I would let the mom handle it...it might just be a cold but she could also be really sick...if you take her away from her mom at this time she may get sicker or the mom could reject her..
If she is really sick though her mom might kill her (it's natures way, seems pretty twisted but the mom is the only one who knows how sick she is.)

call the vet now and get her in. a kitten that young with puffy lips and a runny nose is not a good thing. you may have to separate the kit from the others to prevent the others from getting an infection- like distemper. but call the vet and get her in first. a 3 week old kit needs special care..such as nursing and aid with defecation, that you will have to learn about before it is separated from its mother. Is the mother rejecting it?? #1 thing right now is to get to the vet

OMG! Take the kitten and the mother and the rest of the kittens to the vet! Whatever is wrong with that kitten may have already been spread to the others!

What are you waiting for?! Get going!!!

Take her to a vet if you have a heart. I wouldn't separate her unless the worse happens.

the best thing you can do for the kitten is to bring him to the vet, I'm sure you'll get this a lot, but htere are a A LOT of things this little kitten could have.

You should immediately separate the kitten from the others and bring the kitten to the vet to have her vaccinated because she may have rabies
