Less than two hours. But you don't see the worms pass for about 12-24 hours.

Depending on the situation of your dog but if you'd administer it now, most of the worms would be flushed out with the stool in 24 hrs., in severe cases, go to the vet.

It worked on my dog within hours. It is totally gross! I thought she ate a bunch of rubber bands or something but it was worms! It will make you gag.
