Use nonfat plain yogurt instead of mayo.
No fat and it doesn't taste much different.
Stay away from REFINED carbs, but you
won't get the full benefits of exercise without
carbs. They are good for you ... whole grains etc.

low fat caesar salad dressing (check the label for carbs, though -some low-fat dressings are high carb because they use starch to thicken it).
Try mixing a can of water packed tuna with 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese and 3-4 tablespoons caesar dressing, a sprinkle of pepper and a dash of tabasco. Delicious and low carb.

I'm not a fan of mayo, but I really enjoy the prepared Bumblebee tunas. See the link below for more info. After Thai Chili, lemon pepper, and tomato basil, there's no reason for me to use mayo.

One thing you can do is if you're going to snack on foods during the day, make sure they're healthy, like eating fruits. Also make sure you're eating breakfast every day. If it's cereal, make sure it has at least 3 grams of fiber in it so you stay full for a longer amount of time

you're supposed to get 30 grams protein and 60 grams of carbs IMMEDIATELY following workout. this is not just something i made up but what pro athletes as well as body builders follow. carbs are the most readily available source of fuel for the body and after exercise your body is depleted of its fuel and needs it to be replaced.

But your body needs the carbs to recuperate from exercise too. Don't be afraid of good carbs. Your body needs them.
