experiencing an aspect of the universe that cannot be captured into words, an aspect that both reminds us of how small and insignificant we are in the grand scope of the universe, and yet how unique and precious each and every one of us are. This experience is sacred because we, our world and our universe are all inherently and eminantly sacred; as is our inquisitive nature to learn as much as we can and to philosophize as much as we can.

I associate spirituality with righteousness and holiness. Why? Because my faith says that man is separated by those who walk in the flesh-satisfying the things of the flesh. And those who walk in the Spirit-finding satifaction in the things of God.
So for me, its more than going beyond material self. You can care about humanity and still carry pride or lust or idolatry. Spirituality is the willful separation of oneself from things worldly and the determined focus on things of God..for His Glory alone. Its a place devoid of self except in comparison to the Creator and how one can become more like Him.

The inner peace, knowledge that there is more than just us, the flesh....... the love that spreads so far there is no beginning and no end........ that there is a being far above thoughts and words, actions, emotions or feelings...... A joy so full there is no measurement...... a well being that goes FAR beyond the physical....... the connection with God that transcends human anything !!!!!! I can love you or any other person, but the way I feel about God and the way He feels about me, is that love that is so pure and deep it just IS........ when I hear Him calling I hear with my heart and NOT my ears..... go in peace...... God bless

I will let Preistess Miriam speak on this one....
True Spiritual Power is for friendly people, as well as those that are sensitive to all vibrations of the Universe. Oswan Chamani once had said, "When we put our hands in water, we expect them to get wet, and when we heal with spiritual power, we expect a miracle." This means that miracles do happen outside of our reasoning, intellect, and physical understanding. We all work with miracles daily but only too often they are to curse us or someone instead of for blessing. We must get our understanding aligned. Just as we align the front end of our vehicles, we must understand our own spiritual power within us. This is especially true if we are to grow and understand how to make sense of magic and miracles.

Faith to me is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld. True faith is not credulity, that is, a readiness to believe something without sound evidence or just because a person wants it to be so. Genuine faith requires basic or fundamental knowledge, acquaintance with evidence, as well as heartfelt appreciation of what that evidence indicates. To have real faith requires accurate knowledge and with the heart that one exercises faith.

I'll go along with happykid. It's a sense of connection with something beyond yourself; a feeling of being part of the "all." When it occurs, it is wonderful.

Spirituality means to me, the ability to accept and allow other forces beyond our physical being and control to improve our mind, body, and soul. We, as individuals, have powers that we cannot comprehend but if we open up our mind, body, and soul to possibilities, we can get closer to understanding our own power.

For me its learning to look for the wonders of life and everything living and not to focus on the after life.
When we talk of god, spirituality, religion, we tend to get focused on the after life and we dont focus on the beauty of life and the world around us. We focus to much on time and doing things, we never truly live in the moment, when we live in the moment time is irrelevant, we dont think about whats happened, we dont think about what we've got to be doing, we think about now and in that now there is peace, to marvel in the beauty and miracle of life....... and its purpose, its possibilities!
For me spirituality is about appreciating life!!

Spirituality for me is having a relationship with the higher power that is not encumbered by the flesh or by worldly things. It has nothing to do with the rules of religion or other's opinions.
