ok well im like 5'2-5'3... and i weigh like 111-115 pounds, and im 15 years old. yeah sounds about right. but i feel like a bit chubby on certain areas of my body. like my upper thighs and arms.
i look at other girls and they're like skinny, not like grose skinny, just nice. and im not like that.
i dont work out or eat very unhealthy.
but i was thinking on waking up everyday at 6:00am and running for a bit, and right before i got to bed do the same thing.
would that help out for at least my legs?
if not does anybody have any suggestions.
thankkksss xx

There is nothing wrong with adding some exercise to your daily regimine, but please do not compare yourself with other kids. You are a good weight for your height. Adding the exercise could keep you healthy. But I still would suggest talking to your parents and doctor before starting any exercise program. I don't believe it is a good idea to jump from no exercise to running, you might be better off just walking and building your way up to running, but again like I said make sure you run this past your mom and dad. Good luck.

You shouldn't run BEFORE bed, because then you have the blood circulating and you'll have a harder time falling asleep, but running is good. Running in the sand is WAY better. Even if you just take the stairs where you would normally not, like the mall, or at school/work etc. Some people are just heavier on the bottom, as long as your healthy you shouldn't worry about other people look like.

exercising first thing in the morning will help you lose weight all over, but don't exercise for 2 hours before bedtime. it will stop you from getting a good night's sleep. you will probably lose the chubbiness without doing anything. my daughter lost hers when she was a sophomore or junior. the other girls are probably looking at everyone and thinking everyone else is thin except them.
