I'm 5'5 and 117-120 (fluctuates) and 19 years old. I used to want to get to 110 basically because so many of my friends weighed about that. You just have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. If you do work out that often, your most likely have more muscle than a lot of your friends.
You are healthy... don't go by what the scale says, go b y how y ou feel.
Watch your salt intake, make sure you are eating enough fruits and veggies.
I started to weight train when I went to college, and it does wonders for your body.... Good luck!

Honestly, why do you want to lose this weight? At the weight you are currently at you will look good and be healthy. I know because my girlfriend is your height and weighs more than you and she looks amazing.
However, to answer your question, you are doing everything you can so most of the problem left now is genetics. The only advice I can give you is that you should be exercising for atleast an hour each time you exercise. Otherwise, you may want to add weights and do a routine like that if you have not already done so.
I know you probably don't believe me, because you are 17 and think you have to look like Lindsey or Paris or whoever, but I garuantee if you try to look like them you will not be healthy or happy. I am sure you look great and are healthy. The most important point for you today is this: If a guy is making you feel this way get rid of him because he will never make you feel good and he will continually look elsewhere for something else. You are perfect the way you are I am sure and don't let a guy change you so he can love you.

I think that at 5'4", 119lbs., you don't need to lose any weight. If you already eat healthy, drink lots of water, and get plenty of exercise, you are doing better than most. Be happy with yourself. I bet that you look very good, and 9lbs. lost would probably make you look too skinny.

you are the perfect weight for your height. losing even 1 pound would be too much. you eat healthy and drink water, so what's wrong? nothing I can tell. if you want to tone, you need to work out with weights. just remember that muscle weighs more and you might gain a couple of pounds, but you'd look different. (I hesitate to say "better".)
