I'm 5'2" and 16 years old. I am not supposed to grow anymore. Ive been this height for about 2 years now. Will i be considered short for the rest of my life? I kind of like being petite, but it might get annoying. I just would like to know what other peoples perspectives would be. Am i considered tall??

ALSO,
i have little hands and feet, and i'm pretty thin. I'm about a 5 shoe size, so i think that may kind of tell me weather i will grow more or not. I think i am done.

Yes. But a strong personality girl will overlook that (not literally lol) and focus on your charms. I find that taller girls can appreciate what you're going through. Open your mind and see more possibilites. Learn how to completely ignore the fact that you are shorter than average. Average height for a man is 5'10" ...except in Mexico...haha Then it's 5'8" Bet you hate that joke!

In the US the average height for females is 5'4" and males is 5'10" I believe...I'm not clear which sex you are, but you are short for a woman and very short for a guy, if you are an American.

However, at 16 you shouldn't be quite done growing so may gain a bit of height before you are finished...

You have no picture and a nick that go either way so ....
First off I did not stop growing till I was 20 years old so you have time... I was 5'6 at 16. Graduated high school at 5'9 and I am now 6'5

as a girl 5'2" is not short. My wife is 5'3 :)
As a man 5'2" see above you have time

Well I'm 5'9, so for me 5'2" is short. But everyone has their own opinion. It all depends on your ethnicity and genes on how tall you'll be. I have friends who are 5'1" and when I was in school all my friends were short & I was always taller then them. But as you get older, stuff like that doesn't really matter. I know for a guy that would be short, but for a girl, it doesn't look bad. Somedays I wish I was shorter, but I guess people are never happy with what they have.

No, you are not considered tall. Yes, you are considered short. You might grow later but you'll never know until you get there.

One thing is for certain. There is nothing you can do about it. Whatever it is, annoying or otherwise, you can not change it.

Worry about things you can change, and make the best of what you have.

It doesn't matter what the apperence is, even though allot of people go by it when they meet someone. No, I don't think that is "too" short. I'm 13 and I am 5'8 and still growing so we are in the same boat, just in a different way to look at it.

It`s considered a little short! So what. Some people are considered a little too anything! No one is perfect. We`re all different, thats what makes us all the same!

theres nothing wrong with being short. i know high schoolers taller than that, i know ones shorter. as an adult, you might be considered short, but its not a problem. people who really care about you will not care, and those who DO care, arent worth your time. You should learn to be happy with who you are, and not what other people think. and you never know, you might grow some more.

hope that helped some!
