This is one of my other answers about how to train a dog to walk on a leash. You sounds like you'll have to start over so I hope this helps.

When she's in the house you can attach it to her collar just to let her drag it around and get used to it. If she likes to eat, attach her leash when she's eating. Good things happen when the leash is on. If you do choose to use these methods make sure that you don't use your best leash as there's a chance that your puppy could choose to chew on it. Whatever you do, don't try to force your puppy to be on a leash by dragging him. Use positive encouragement. When she stubbornly refuses to move forward, call to her in a silly voice. Maybe use her favorite food or toy to lure her forward. When she does come, let her know how good she is. Maybe try a few minutes a day. Miracles don't happen over night. Good luck with your pup. I think we've all been there at some point. :)

~And I wouldn't suggest leading your dog while on a bike until she's a little bit older. Atleast 1 or 2 years.

Puppies are like that all the time but since shes only a pup try leaving the collar on her neck and dont take it off after a weeks time she'll be begging you to have a leash on her neck she'll get used to it in no time. About you pulling her from your bike, not a good idea. She's still a pup let her grow for another month or two then you could do that pulling stuff. Think of her as a baby, you wouldnt let a baby run beside you on a bike right?

I had a pal who had the equal crisis. As your pup is simplest 10 weeks the whole lot is new to him. We commenced simply striking the leash on at a random time (at the same time to your property of course) and simply letting him stroll across the apartment dragging it behind him (he could not lay there ceaselessly!). This allowed him to not appreciate the leash as some kind of burden. As soon as he had authorized the leash around the yard we might name him to us with a treat n opt for it up n give him praise. After that we'd simply walk across the yard with it. He quickly figured it out :) excellent luck!!

Put yourself in her situation. If you're pulling on a leash while she's just resisting, what would you do? Lock up... stop pulling on the leash, so she relaxes and try again. Treats are a good way to encourage good walking behavior too.

Why stop at using a bike? Why not get in a car and drag her down the road?

What are you, nuts?! Did it ever occur to you, o' brilliant one, that her pads may be sore today from you pulling at her?

The problem is not with her, it's in YOU! No wonder she resists!

What do you mean not walking on a leash? And how old is she?
If she stops dead in her tracks, encourage her with soft treats. If she pulls ahead start walking backward and encourage her back to you, as sson as she gets to you, walk forward.

You just have to get her used to the lead again and learn from your mistake of dragging the pup. How old is your pup? You shouldn't make her run beside the bike till she's at least a year old cos it can ruin their joints according to my vet.

Keep working with her. You need to show her that you are boss.
