I don't have any credit and wont get excepted for credit cards. How are you suppose to get your credit up if no one even offers you a credit card.

You can get a credit card even with no credit so long as you meet the minimum criteria. Usually you need to have the same employer and residence for 6 months - 1 year. Make sure you don't have any phone bills/utility bills that have late payments or are in collections. If you do that, and you're at least 18 you should have not problem getting a credit card. You can also go to a college campus and fill out any of the millions of credit card applications you'll see in stores, bulletin boards, etc. They don't turn away anyone.

You can go online to the credit websites and apply there if youre not getting apps in the mail.

Secndly, if youre denied a credit card you can always opt for a secure card, where you put $200.00 into the card and pay yourelf back. They are lots of companies out there like that as well as the standard type of credit cards!

I get several each day in the mail. how lucky are you. the way to build credit is to get a loan from your bank to buy something and make payments on time and talk to them about a credit card from them and get started that way.
