There is no such thing as kosher pork, the pig is an unclean animal because it has a cloven hoof but doesn't chew the cud. It is that simple.

You can't. If you are Jewish and eating kosher, then you do not eat pork of any kind, shellfish either. Muslims do not eat pork either. It sounds like you need to do some more research into this.

Can't help with that, But suggest you ask at the local Halal butcher as he will have the next best thing. Remember to wear a good pair of running shoes when you try this.

Just in case you're not joking -
Pork is never kosher. The entire animal is considered "unclean" by the jewish and islamic faiths.
Any shellfish are also "unclean".

Read Leviticus chapter 11, it will tell you that pork is unclean.
