Absolutely! Try to be careful and keep her in until the kittens are weened and then I would get her fixed!

YES she can - she's capable of getting pregnant again almost as soon as she's had the kittens! In fact if she's been going outside there's a fair chance she already is.

Keep that cat inside, and get her spayed AS SOON as the kittens are weaned (at about 8 weeks old).

Shame on you for letting your cat have kittens in the first place. That's all the world needs - more kittens to take up homes needed for the ones in shelters.

Why don't you take care of your cat, be a responsible owner and protect her, keeping her indoors. There are kinds of things that could happen to her when she just "goes out". Getting pregnant, attacked by an animal, infected with diseases, hit by a car. She's in a delicate condition, she just had kittens. Of course you should keep her in! I hope that you are taking your animals to the vet, which I doubt you are. Good luck.

She can get pregnant right after giving birth. Keep her inside until her kittens are 8 weeks and get her fixed!

Yep. She can get pregnant again. This happened to one of my cats when I was little. Keep her in until she goes to the vet.

It's possible - call your vet and ask. Thanks for spaying her - be sure to get the kittens spayed/neutered before you give them away!
