I want to lose weight! I know people will say eat a balnced diet and exercise but I do and obviously don't work for me. I've been at the same weight for ages now and have not really put on weight, only got heavier as i have grown. So I was wondering if there are any diets out there that have helped you to lose weight. I don't care how stupid they sound or how unhealthy people say they are, just want lots of suggestions. Say anything. I'll take a chance :) x

The fact that you have stayed the same weight is a good thing. But when you start messing around with dieting, that is when you will put weight on. You said that a balanced diet doesn't work for you, but believe me diets are worse.Because you are tampering with your body that is used to being at a certain weight. And once you start dieting your body figures it out and goes back to it's weight that it is used to. Unless you get dieting and get it right first time and can stick to it,be prepared to put on more than you planned.Often once people start dieting that is when their body goes haywire and the weight begins to pile on.A balanced diet doesn't need to be boring. You can do that by eliminating fattening foods for more healtier options . It is just retraining your taste buds to like healthier things. Best wishes what ever you end up deciding:)

Try the abs diet. It is the only diet ive been able to stick to. The recipes are super yummy and feel like you are cheating. You dont starve and feel satisfied all times, plus its not super strict and is actually realistic..they even have a book for eating out fast food and all other restaurants..just helps you make healthier choices from what options you have at that time. I have lost weight on this diet and I recommend it. Plain and simple it is a realistic diet no some fufu bs like most. Good Luck!

Do a 3-day fruit juice cleanse. You'll need a juicer and LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink only the juice and water. Water should be equivalent to 1 oz per pound of body weight.
After the first day, you aren't hungry because your digestive system shuts down. Be careful when re-introducing foods after the 3rd day. Start with fruit and veggies. Now stay away from foods that are high in fat or sugar.
Good luck!

maybe you weren't eating the right amounts of the different groups. or you didn't exercise enough to lose weight. also, you could have a metabolic imbalance that only a doctor can find and help you with, like an over or under active thyroid. first, see a doctor to make sure you don't have that problem. then, look at these sites to make sure you are eating right and getting enough exercise. make sure you drink enough water, too.

ok. consume healthful, yet much less of it. sidestep candy, colas, butter & mayo. you do no longer choose a particular 'eating habitual'. you need to exchange the belongings you have been ingesting and the quantity you have been ingesting for something of your existence. it rather is not any exciting to drop extra pounds & then circulate back to the previous way of ingesting & income all of it back! additionally, you're able to exercising, a minimum of a million/2 hour an afternoon. some aerobics & some isometrics, utilizing small weights in the commencing up & working as much as somewhat greater weight. those enormous rubber bands are sturdy, too. perchance you will locate some thing exciting to do, like tennis or basketball. Lose it now & your epidermis will probable leap back into shape. I waited too long to lose mine & now my abdomen purely hangs! Even the interior my thighs sags! Git 'er carried out!

EAT SMALL PORTIONS. No, really. You think that's small? Now, take 1/3 and put it away. Eat what's left.
EAT 6-8 SMALL MEALS per day.
Eat chicken, fish, sweet potatoes, fruit, veggies, whole grain products AND NO GARBAGE. If it's not a food group, stay away. That includes anything deep fried, battered, modified, processed etc.
EDUCATE yourself. It's not easy. Slow and steady. It's the only way.

Don't starve yourself of things you like, just improve them: like instead of white rice, eat brow rice, brow bread, wholemeal foof ( the white staff make a disater for the tummy and botton, flafy , fat and ugly)
Don't eat red meat or any meat if you can, be vegetarian is to be slim, healty and good looking without the worry for special diets.
Instead of sugar, use honney.
Never frizzy juices, sugary juices, etc, instead, buy you a good juicer and make carrot and apple juices everyday and others juices too. (they make wonder to loose toxines, fat and to revigorated our body)
Swimming is great and it doesn't exaust us, but if you don't like it or don't want to do it, instead to go places by car or bus, walk.
