failed program installation by sony dvd rom?

every time i install win xp and nod 32 then i can not install some programs or games by dvd rom .and i recieve the massage "corrupted file can not transfered from divice"
eg. nfs carbon ,ms office ,nero ahead......

I am guessing here and I suspect you don't have all of the drivers installed. I am unable to give you the lesson on here but go to support at your computer manufacture and you will more than likely find information there about reinstalling. It is very time consuming and at times complicated. Good luck.
