As long as you're working out more. Eventually youll gain weight, but not much because its only 220 calories.
Eat more+workout more to stay the same
Eat more+workout the same=gain weight

For goodness sake, please don't go the 'counting calorie' route. It never works as it makes you think about food more, which in turn makes you WANT food more. Defeats the object if you know what I mean. 220 calories is not that much, whether you will put this weight on due to this slight change will depend on many things i.e. whether you are more active, your body type and metabolism - the list is endless. Forget fad diet issues. Make sure you exercise, drink water, cut down on alcohol and eat as healthily as you can (without overdoing it, everyone needs treats).

You don't say what your total calorie intake is. If you keep below 1200 calories a day for a small frame woman you should be alright. It takes awhile for calories to show up on
the body. After a time it may show up if you are eating too mu

It will eventually catch up to you unless you're burning the excess in exercise. It takes 3500 calories extra for a pound of fat a day. At your rate, that will be an extra pound of fat every 2 weeks. That adds up to more than 25 pounds a year though, so it eventually catches up to you.
