does he/she just let you get on with your job, or do they ask you to do anything that is'nt in your'e job description.

I have the world's best boss. She lets me do my thing and explore & expand my skills. I do plenty that is not in my job description, but in my organization, it is almost like a test....you do well and juggle/prioritize--you get a promotion.

i work as a customer services assistant in a department store and i have to do anything and everything, none of which is in my job description. i just do it and get on with it, no point complaining. my boss is fine once you dont get on the wrong side of her, like most im sure !

i am a manager of a fast food restaurant. sometimes i ask my employees to do something that's not in the job description. but its not against any law, just for fun. like if they are done with their task they can sleep at work or they can watch tv.

Your = the posessive of you, as in "your job," or "your book"
