Because according to the bible, the world is only @ 7000 years old. Dinosaurs lived millions of years ago. So, there wouldn't be dinosaurs in the bible because the bible world didn't even exist when the dinosaur world did. O.K. I know it sounds bad, but it is better than saying Satan is fooling us with fossils.

For the same reason there is no mention of armadillos or barracuda. The Bible is not a book of zoology or paleontology, and dinosaurs have absolutely nothing to do with God's plan of salvation, which is what the Bible is about.
That plus the fact that people of biblical times had absolutely no clue that anything like dinosaurs had ever existed. On the rare occasion when a giant bone was unearthed, they attributed it to an extinct race of giant humans, not giant reptiles.

What's with Elaine, putting a comma before each S and T? lol.
People love to omit this question. "Why is there no mention of zebras or hippos in the bible? They're real aren't they?".
Yes but they exist in OUR time period. People and these animals exist in the same time frame. If you believe dinosaurs existed, you believe modern day reptiles have a giant ancestor. Evolution? :)
Fact is, what seperates a Dinosaur from a Hippo? Oh. one died out several million years ago. What is the difference between a dinosaur, and a zebra? One of them no longer exists. D'oh.

Dinosaurs are in the Bible- leviathan and behemoth.
If Darwin was really an evolutionist, why didn't he put squirrels in Origin if the Species?

Actually, christians will have you believe that references to an animal known as a "behemoth" in the bible is a reference to a dinosaur..... with a tail as thick as a tree or some other such nonsense.
Personally, I don't buy it.

They are, but we have to remember that the language back in those days was different, and they spoke to each other in metaphor--but yes, they called some of them dragons.

The guy who wrote the bible probably was sitting on a fossil or wore one around his neck.
