Having had female dogs, there is not too much you can do. Most dogs will put up with the diaper thing for so long, then they are going to take it off. It may seem like some trouble to get your dog spayed, but it is a lot easier than trying to keep her in diapers. Have your dog spayed. If not for your own convenience, then how about for your pup's health? I have seen a dog die from reproductive cancer and it is not a pretty thing. You will extend the quality and quantity of your dog's life.
Do it for both of you!

If you get her spayed it will all be over and never happen again.

Apart from crating there is not much else you can do otherwise. Heats are messy. The diapers tend to come off all the time from what I have been told.

Thankfully my little girl is spayed so it's not an issue. It's by far the best option for you both.

Believe it or not, a pair of large boys or small men's underwear, turned backwards to give the tail a hole with a sanitary pad inside works very well and is cheaper than anything else.

That said, if she is just a house pet, have her spayed when she gets out of heat. Then you wont have to deal with it, and she will not run the risk of "accidental" breeding, and many types of cancer and infections.

Doggie diapers are really a miss nomer. It is really a cloth overwrap with plastic inside. You can use a sanitary pad inside. This would probably end up being less expensive. It is also prettier to look at.

you can put adult dipers on too since it is a bigger dog. but make sure you cut a hole for the tail, also if you didn't want her bleeding like this anymore you might want to look in to spaying her and she wont bleed
