I can actually feel the love and concern. As a small example,I spent the weekend with my daughter and her family. It was my grand-daughter's 16th birthday and I would have expected her to be all caught up in the party and other activities. She did enjoy herself, but she also took time to make sure I was taken care of. She would come up to me and ask if I needed anything or bring me a cover when the night grew cold. Actually,it wasnt just her,it was everyone who was there. It would be easy to take it all for granted, but I cherish every minute I spend with all of them. It makes life infinitely easier to have people who give me their love and support. It's never been a nuisance to me. They know their boundaries and I know mine.

It's a great feeling to have people care for me, and to be able to care for people. It is all too possible to take the love we have for each other for granted, so it's important to always reaffirm.
I feel their concern on many levels and cherish them in return as well.
It can make life easier, but I have found it is good to be as independent as possible just in case.
It is never a nuisance.

It's a good feeling that you can tell by language, act and sometimes without anything at all.
But in my experiances, being loved can sometimes be just as bad as not being loved.
I get a lot of attention, and sometimes it reaches to the level that I become obsessively loved, and no matter what people might say or think... it really gets exhausting.
It's more like a weapon with two sharp ends, it can hurt either way if not dealt with properly.
Peace.

It feels really good. When times are hard, you know there's someone you can go to for support or help, or just a hug. Sometimes people can offer too much advice, but in that situation, it's best to thank them but make it clear that although you are appreciative of their views you have to follow your own path.

It's like something that is always there, it feels like a safety net around me. Of course the foundation of my life is Jesus Christ, but it is sweet assurance to have my family and friends love me, and I love them in return, no matter what.

It's just about the best feeling ever, to have some small child throw his arms around your neck to hug you, then tells you "You're a good Daddy"...

It makes me uncomfortable, because deep down I know they want something in return, even if they don't say so, or acknowledge it themselves. Other than parenting, caring for others is not innate. It's learned behavior.
There are no overt actions. EVERYTHING is ulterior, even if that ulterior motive is just to feel good, or propagate your DNA. (and yes, children are no exception.)

When people care for me, my heart glows and radiates with like kindness for them.
I thank God for people like these and I always thank them with kindness and graciousness and praise the good God.
