Any treatment from a vets. If the kittens are under 8 weeks old, you need Frontline spray because that's the only treatment safe for use on animals this young.
Don't use anything from a pet store or supermarket - they don't work and can sometimes be dangerous, hence the cheapess. You'll see that you can't find anything in a store safe for use on young animals - this is because stores aren't licensed to sell the appropriate drugs.
You can also get effective houseprays from vets - Indorex, Skoosh, Acclaim and Staykil are all good. You can use Frontline, Revolution or Advantage drops on animals over 8 weeks old - your vet will obviously provide you with the correct type for each species/size of animal.

EDIT: Just re: Charlotte's comment and the confusion it may cause, there is no such product as 'spot-on' - this is a mode of application for many different flea products. You get 'spot-ons' in stores, they often contain drugs that are dangerous. Don't confuse them with veterinary products!!

go to the vet and get treatment for everyone!!!
wash all bedding, including the animals.
vacuum your entire house, and dispose the bag or canister immediately outside. make sure you do it outside as fleas will jump out.
buy some flea spray from the vet, lock all the cats in one room and do the rest of your house.. make sure it's well ventilated, after a couple hours later take the cats out and do the room they were in.
make sure your dog is outside the entire time!
good luck!

feed them all garlic, if they won't eat it on their own, then get some garlic tablets and make them take it. after a week or so, you won't have a flea or tick any where on your pets or in your house. fleas & ticks HATE garlic.
