There is none. You will have to file a paper return. You can follow the link to get forms.

You can download the forms you need at irs.gov and fill them out and mail them in. Be sure to use 2004 forms and instructions. You are a couple years too late to file online for 2004.
If you don't have your original W-2s or 1099s, you'll have to get them either from the organization that gave them to you originally or from the IRS.

Well considering your filing 2004 taxes when were in tax year 2006 makes me wonder... Anyway just go to google and type in file taxes online. You probably can go to the IRS' website and fiile free there also....
