Where would you copy TO if you have no other drive?

What you're attempting to do, no doubt, is to copy and installation of windows. This can be done, but the new computer must be IDENTICAL to the old computer. Otherwise windows has many problems and in some instances wont' even boot properly.

The one program you can do this with is called GHOST. It copies a drive digitally into an "Image" file and then it can be copied back onto the new drive. We u se it for rolling out many of identical machines.
If you want to migrate programs nad such, Look at alohabob.com for PC Relocator.
