I looked at Biblegateway.com's search engine and I didn't find "Noam". However, Wikipedia says the Hebrew name "Noam" means "pleasantness", and the female form is Naomi. Naomi is Ruth's mother-in-law in the Bible, the Book of Ruth. So yes, Noam is in the Bible, in its female form.

Noam is a Hebrew name and it means “pleasant”. It’s not in the bible exactly; I believe it is the masculine version of Naomi. Which can be found in the book of Ruth.
“Now it came to pass in the days when The Judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons. And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there." (Ruth 1:1-2 KJV)”

it is Hebrew and means: Noam (נועם) is a Hebrew name which means "pleasantness" (male version of the female No'omi — English: "Naomi" or "Noemi").
The name as you spell it is not found in the KJV of the old or new testament

Yes, it is. No'am was the wife of Enos, and apparently also his sister. It's in Genesis.
