Bull Mastiff's and Great Danes can get over 4 ft. tall at the shoulder and weigh well in excess of 150 lbs.. Some can stand over 6 ft. on hind legs. They are gentle, playful and friendly dogs. Just be sure you have a large area for them to play in, both indoors and out and are able to both handle and walk them frequently.

I'd get one and wait a bit before getting another. 2 dogs esp. if you get puppies at the same time may be a bit more then most can handle. Get one listening to you and developing good habits and the next will hopefully pick some of that up. As far as getting along I don't know why it would be a problem. My cousin has a dane and an english mastiff. Also one a male and one a female would help if you are concerned about aggression.

I have a wonderful Great Dane now.
It is very important that large dogs get the proper nutrition and a high quality diet.
They grow on average 5lb and 1 inch PER WEEK!!!
The minimum for male great dane is 30", which is bigger than a miniature horse!!!
DO TONS OF RESEARCH and VISIT multiple breeders!!!!
They are wonderful animals and I highly recommend the breed.
Definately make sure you budget for them, they eat a lot of food.
Many "great dane owners" recommend and feed, Eagle Pack Giant Breed Dog food.

We have a Great Dane named Niles. He is the most precious dog we have had. They have a gentle temperament. Though often visitors respond to him cautiously. Right now at 5 he has very bad arthritis in his hind legs. He has to be given a joint supplement. You must also feed them a high quality dog food for large breeds. Over all
we would get another Great Dane without hesitation. Good luck to you.

1. You better be adopting this mutt. 2. A "Gladiator or Daniff" is a stupid name, the WRONG term. Call her what she really is, a mutt or a Bullmastiff/Great dane mix, not a stupid name. 3. I like that name for a female, make sure to get her spayed when old enough.

Holy huge dogs! You'd better have a lot of money (and energy!) saved up for them! It is totally possible for them to get along, as long as you don't get two dominate males. Are you getting them at the same time? Are they puppies? Do a lot of research about the breeds and I'm sure you'll be fine.

It depends on the dog's personality, and the dogs. If you get those two powerful dog breeds, then you will have to be a strong pack leader. If raised with each other from when they are young they will probably get along, but you never no.

I would not recomend getting two dogs at once, especially if they are puppies! However, with proper obedience training, which is necessary with all dogs, especially large ones, the animals should do just fine together.

you want big piles of poo times 2 don't you.. lol..
sure they most likely will if you raise them from puppies and train properly.
better do more research on feeding and such before you make the commitment. dogs of this size take special care and room to run, things can get expensive real quick.

if socialized at a young age, maybe. just remember these are big dogs with even bigger personalities. you mostly have to ask yourself if you are patient and educated in dogs and dog training. only experianced dog owners should consider these 2 dogs together
