The rush fee is so you can get the card a few days earlier.

It's not worth wasting money on the rush fee since they are generally fairly fast in sending out cards to begin with.

They put your card out via DHL shipping vs. putting it in the mail. You'll receive it a few days earlier. Really, a scam.
