it really depends on what time the parent makes you go to sleep and if you dont have a bed time you should al least go to bed at about 9:30 so that you can get enough of sleep and you will be well rested energized and ready for the next day.

Enough? As long as shes to bed at a decent hour and up at a decent hour....and active during the day, too much sleep leads to more sleepiness, and too little causes irritability and anxiety. The best thing is make sure shes getting excercise in some way so shes tired at night and keep pop and jusk away cause that messes with blood sugar levels and can cause drowsiness OR insomnia. They always say eight is great and I think a little nap during the day if needed is good.

8-9 Hours. The younger you are (infant) and the older you are (elderly) means you get the most sleep time, but in the middle like you are...I would say 8-9 hours. 10 wouldn't hurt either.

I was told at least ten hours. But as the other responder said it depends on the child. We all beat to a different drummer!!!Thank God we do!!!!
