if the timing belt has jumped, the cam and crank signals will still be there but the pcm will know that it is out of time and shut the spark off. pull your timing convers off and see if it has jumped. if for some reason you try another pcm, using one from a junkyard can be a bad idea. some cars have factory security that will shut fuel off when it thinks the car is being stolen. if your car doesn't have security, and you swap in a pcm with it, it will write to you bcm and now the car will not start becasue it thinks it is being stolen. when you put your old pcm back in, the bcm writes to it and ruins it too. then you would have to buy both the pcm and bcm. i think this is what the other answerer may have been trying to say.

Did you check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Did you check the compression to make sure the engine didn't jump timing? Dose the engine sounds like it's got compression when you crank it? If you have fuel and spark, you should get SOME responce! How long has it been setting? Fuel left in the tank goes bad in as little as 3to 6 months. Bad fuel will only run in a hot engine.

i would say you have a bad controller, with no codes that is the usual cause. there may be a service tip out on that call and ask the dealer they should still be able to look it up may need both controllers bcm (body control module) and pcm(powertrain control module) i think in that style of car one burnt the other out so be sure before you do it. it would soo suck to buy a $500.00 controller just to have the other one burn it up
