Not exactly your ingredients, but an easy/fast one that I use

pepper
1 box rolled double pie crust (or 1 cup bisquick, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, pour over top of ingredients in a 9X13 pan)
Mix all ingredients and pour into bottom pie crust, cover with top crust, cut slits and bake at 350 until brown may take up to 45 minutes

ok...take a deep baking dish and place the pie crust along the bottom and bake for about 5 minutes. Then empty out the soup, cooked chicken pieces, carrots, and potatoes into the baking dish and then place another pie crust on top and fold along the edges. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. enjoy!!

Sure you can use all the ingridients you have for chicken pot pie... However, if you can it would be nice to add some celery, onion and some green beans or corn, peas to the "party"... You can cook the chicken (bake it until tender).. Let it rest.. chop up your potatoes into bite size pieces, carrots etc veggies.. Saute them in butter until tender.. Add cream of chicken soup thin with a bit of chicken broth or water... Season with salt/pepper... Lay out pie crust in pie pan.. Add mixture and top with crust.. .Brush crust with egg wash and bake until golden brown.... Let rest 10-15 min. Serve...

Add a diced onion and celery and you're in business. Combine all in casserole and top with crust, Bake @350 for about an hour.
