I can't believe the answers above.
There is no way to increase your height. There are no "growth hormones" for you to take, either. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, foods, drinks, exercises, stretches or hanging from bars that will make you grow.
Guy are done growing at 21-22 (girls at 19-20). So, if you are under that age, you still have a chance to grow---naturally. If you are over 22, then you are completely done growing and you'll need to accept that and move on. Height comes from your genes and there is no way to change it, believe me.

It IS possible for height to change in an adult person. I happened to grow half an inch when I was pregnant with my first. My sister has just grown a half inch and she is 50. No one knows why these things happen but they do sometimes! My sister has changed her diet over the last year, she has changed almost completely to organic and healthier food and feeling better for it. This might have something to do with her growing.

You don't state your age so that is problematical. A list of things dictate the height we will reach including family history. Speak to your doctor, sometimes people have to accept things they cannot change

Measure your height first thing in the morning, when you just got up. Your spine gradually compresses through the day, but it relaxes at night. You may gain as much as an inch of height.

If you are male and under the age of 26 you are a candidate for HGH therapy. If you are female the cutoff is around 18. See your doctor.
