My fiance & I have two boys-6 & 18 months. I know for sure I want to wait until my littlest guy is out of diapers, but I do want a daughter. However, we obviously cannot predict the sex of our babies (don't get me wrong-I'd be more then thankful just that my baby is healthy) but I have two boys and REALLY want a daughter. I dont really want a lot of children or to overwhelm my fiance and myself. What are thigns to consider when would be a good time to start trying to have our 3rd. Also I am 23 and my fiance is 25-does that seem to young to be working on our 3rd child? We both have good jobs. Together or yearly income is around $68,000-Is this enough to raise 3 children well?

I am 23 and pregnant with my third right now. My first 2 boys are 5 and 3 now. Whenever you feel emotionally prepared, go ahead. Your income seems like you can support 3 kids just fine, but i guess that depends on where you live. My boyfriend and i make close to that much and we are going to be just fine financially. We are even able to take vacations once a year and just bought a bigger vehicle to hold our expanding family. Really, the right time is the right time, and you will know it when it comes. It will just seem natural and you will know deep down that it's a good time. Good luck with your boys!

Maybe you should consider adoption? Also, be aware that for about $1000 you actually can control the sex of your baby! I myself wouldn't go through with the treatment, but it's something similar to invetro where they'll seperate your finace's sperm into boy/girl and place it back inside of you. Just letting you know.
I'd say that you should start trying to concieve when you're finacially stable enough...even if you're stable now, I'd say make sure your income is definite.
Also keep in mind that you have to question yourself on certain things...is your house large enough to support 3 children and yourself?

You could go into Google and type in Chinese baby sex predictor. It's basically a chart that you can predict the sex of the baby by your age, and the month you conceive. It's pretty accurate. Sounds like you would be financially ready for a third child. It just might require that you save your money and spend frugally.

You need to wait a few years. Having 2 kids is tough enough for your age. You should not be thinking about your 3rd child yet.

The money thing completely depends on where you live.
Also you said fiance, so factor/budget in, the kind of wedding you want.
