They all seem confusing to me. I need help.

Medicare is for retired adults, seniors. Medicaid is for someone who makes very little, you need to qualify financially for that. I dont know what you mean by Medical??? Are you referring to Medical Insurance? In which case, that is just regular health insurance that you pay monthly for, and you would get that through your employer, or individually at a higher price.

Medicare is Federal=you have to qualify. The their phone number is 1-800-633-4227

Medical is California STATE=you have to qualify.
Contact your county Health and Human Services--better known as welfare office.

Take your social security card and birth certifict with you.
